In 2006, a major stock plan vendor approached us. They were having significant support limitations andneeded assistance in regaining their clients’ confidence. We were retained to provide the company with custom support capabilities using our best practices. After achieving great success on this assignment, we decided to offer our successful, cost effective solutions directly to other corporate clients.

Dr. Satheesh Menon, Founder
Satheesh was a Partner at KPMG LLP and a Managing Director at BearingPoint Inc. where he managed and delivered professional services to several Fortune 2000 clients in the Financial Services and Telecommunications sectors. As a Senior Vice President of a Global Software and Services organization, Satheesh was instrumental in building the Services Practice and delivering the company’s “Next Generation Services Management Platform” world-wide. Satheesh brings with him a rich background and experience in Financial Services including Equity Compensation, Brokerage Operations, and Investment Management and Telecommunications Network Operations.
Arnold Kingsberg, COO
Arnold started as a computer programmer on Wall St. During his coding days, he built many major systems for several major investment banks, including Salomon Brothers, UBS, and Smith Barney. It was during his 12 years at Salomon Brothers that he transferred to their Tokyo office. He stayed in Japan for a total of eight years where he discovered both the strengths and weaknesses of outsourcing. Upon his return to the US eight years later, he changed careers and entered the world of Equity Compensation. It was here that he found his passion.
Arnold has a unique perspective on Equity Compensation having supported it from every facet ranging from software sales to outsourcing to brokerage and transfer agencies.
Arnold lives in New Jersey, with his wife of over 30 years, and has three grown children.
